Villa Zivana is located in the town of Dugi Rat, approximately 20 km from the city of Split. A lot of useful and entertainment facilities for the whole family are within walking distance from the villa.
The villa is pet friendly, and is suitable for families with children, since it consists of two air conditioned bedrooms – a double and a twin. Furthermore, outdoor facilities which includes private swimming pool, a stone fireplace with a BBQ, and a garden with seating furniture and fruit trees represents an additional lovely feature.
Considering the maximum depth of 1.40 meters and size of 15 sq meters of the oval shaped swimming pool, it’s one of the safest swimming pools for children. It has also been equipped with light and ladders. On guests disposal are an outdoor shower, and 4 sun chairs next to the pool.
The interior surface of this one storey villa is 85 sq meters large, and it comprises of a sitting room, kitchen / dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a tub. Bedrooms are double and twin, with beds size 180 x 200 cm in the double, and two single beds size 90 x 200 cm in the twin. Additional single sofa bed (size 77 x 195 cm) is on disposal in the twin bedroom.
To make your stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible, the villa has been equipped with modern amenities, such as air conditioning, TV with satellite channels and a DVD player, unlimited wireless Internet access, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, a cooking hob, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a filter coffee machine, and much more. Furthermore, the villa has a private garage size 3 m x 4.6 m for one car.
