“Makarska cultural summer” is a cultural manifestation that is held in Makarska during the summer tourist season with the goal of satisfying the cultural needs of our citizens and guests. During the period of 80 days there are approximatly 40 programs which consist of: various exhibitions, classical music concerts, folklore and entertaining music, evenings of poetry, plays, the introducing of local traditions, etc. The programs are held in various places: in churces, on squares, in galleries, museums, historical buildings, wineries…
