The Restaurant Baltazar consists of three separate parts: The meat part : Baltazar The fish part: Gašpar The wine bar: Melkior Our cuisine is based exclusively on seasonal produce. The cuisine of the meat part is based on fresh meat, freshly picked vegetables, selected dairy products and the finest smoked and cured meats. All these products must be of the highest quality. Meals coming out of Baltazars kitchen contain a large amount of native Croatian products like “štrukle”, noodles, “mlinci”, “njoki”, green pasta, strudel, pastries and many others.
