Salo is a farm to table bistro and bakery located in the heart of Zagreb just near the main farmers market called Dolac.

Our mission is to support local organic farming by making tasty food that celebrates the diverse history of Croatian cuisine.

Under the leadership of one of the most important Croatian chefs Tvrtko Šakota, Salo is a place where the love of cooking and baking is further elevated by the passion for growing healthy and sustainable food.
