A stone house directly by the sea, built in the 17th century and opened as the first boarding house in Kaštela in 1909. It is protected as a cultural monument. The Villa is completely renovated and offers you 8 apartments with a view of the sea. On the ground floor is the reception desk and a cafe bar with a garden and fountain.
