fish in salt, lobster ‘teća’ (a traditional Dalmatian dish, essentially a lobster with
stew cooked in a clay or earthenware pot, which is what "teća" refers to), meat/
fish/ veggie makaruni (handmade and handrolled pasta made by 400 years old
recipe from island of Korčula), beefsteak a la makarun (premium beefsteak with
makaruni and truffles)…
