Menu comprise only 12 dishes (a la carte) wich are intended to change seasonally (4 times a year). Degustation menu is made to enhance eno-gastro experience in our restaurant and it is to be consumed slowly (3-4 hours). It compromise of 15 different flavours in bite size (amuse bouches) and with every plate we sugest different wine (an option). Degustation menu is changed daily depending upon local food suply.
