Island Silba is located in Zadar archipelago. There are a couple of restaurants, bars, shops, post office, exchange office and tourist office where you can get all relevant information. There is not a single hotel on the island, so the tourists are mostly accommodated in apartments. Peace and quiet will give you achievement or rediscovery of lost touch with nature as a necessary condition for a total psycho-physical relaxation. Island is noted for its exuberant Mediterranean vegetation, lovely sand and pebbly beaches and warm and crystal clear sea during the summer Months. Wind that is characteristic for stable summer time is “maeštral” (maestral) caused by daily temperature changes between sea and land. It is nice for nautical sailing and wind-boarding. Those are just some of the reasons why this beautiful island attracts many visitors every year.
