Villa Mermaid is a newly built modern villa with beautiful views of the Dalmatian islands and the city of Split. It is located in Podstrana, near the church, 15 km from the center of Split and 14 km from Omis (rafting, pinball, … etc). From the nearest beach is only 320 m away, and a pleasant walk can be found on the beautiful beaches stretching 6 km along the coast, along with numerous restaurants and cafés. The first bedroom with a double bed (200 x 210 cm) is connected with a bathroom with shower (120 cm x 90 cm), bidet, washbasin, toilet bowl and hair dryer. The room is equipped with an internet connection, air conditioning, remote control for external shades. The second double room has the same equipment and bathroom.
Toilet / storage contains washbasin, toilet bowl, clothes washer, iron, baby crib and baby cot for children under 5 years. The kitchen / dining / living area has 2 terraces, two air-conditioning and SAT TV.
The Villa Mermaid has an outdoor private pool (9.0 m x 4.0 m x 1.4 m) with countertop jets, and the entrance has an auxiliary bar and is adapted to the needs of people with disabilities. Pool cleaning is fully automated. There is also an outdoor shower, garden furniture, 5 loungers, table tennis, outdoor fireplace and 4 private parking spaces.
